Creating Beautiful and Sustainable Homes for Chesham

Chesham Town Council is working to develop Neighbourhood Development Orders alongside our new Neighbourhood Plan. These Neighbourhood Development Orders will promote beautiful and sustainable new buildings on Chesham’s brownfield sites and make it harder to build ugly and unsustainable buildings.

We want to give you the opportunity to shape the vision for these sites, and the future of housing development in Chesham. Firstly, we are seeking your views on ‘what good looks like’ in Chesham and what currently works for the town and why. We want to make use of this to ensure that we build places that people will love for generations.

We have put together this interactive map so you can share your favourite, and least favourite, places and buildings in Chesham.
